With the recent announcement of the Recreational Team Sports Framework and England Hockey’s subsequent submissions to government, England Hockey has confirmed that hockey can move from Step 2 to Step 4 of the Return to Play plans.  Click here to view the full news article.

England Hockey will assess  Moving to Step 5 (the resumption of league hockey) in the coming weeks.

As part of England Hockey guidelines, all participants are required to sign an England Hockey Participant Agreement to take part in training and match play.  No one should participate in any hockey activity without signing the Participant Agreement in advance. England Hockey has produced a video to assist in completing the participant agreement. Click here to watch the video.

For mixed team participants, in addition to selecting 'Panthers HC', Select number of clubs/organizations as 2 in question 2 and under the additional club dropdown list, select 'Panthers mixed hockey - Leicester'.

All participants have a responsibility for reducing the risks of Covid.  Participants, coaches, match officials and volunteers should stay at home if they become sick with Covid-19 symptoms, test positive for Covid-19, or have been exposed to someone with symptoms, or a confirmed or expected case or returning from a country on the UK quarantine list. 

Inform the club Covid officer to discuss when it is safe to return to hockey.

Please be aware that if you have not completed the participant agreement, you will not be allowed to train/play

Panthers Hockey Club aligns with England Hockey Code of Ethics & Behaviours outlining the expected levels of behaviour for everyone involved in hockey. We expect all club members to follow the guidelines set out by England Hockey.

Club training is on Wednesdays, 7pm - 8.30pm
